If you can't play all or some of the radio stations, please check the following.

• If you have a firewall, trye to exclude the Online Radio Tuner
• If you are connecting to the internet using a proxy, go to Tools->Options->Network settings and enter the correct information about your proxy server and settings.

If none of the above actions help, submit a ticket to our support at: mailto:support@bassictech.com?subject=Can't get a radio station to play

Please include the name of the radio station, and if you see any error message.
